it do this?" to "Wow, it does that as well" - our registrations come in via email.
via the google apps integration, I can create both the new customer record and the
first support ticket without leaving the actual email. it's powerful and saves a

week getting up and running and always got a quick response.
Another vendor we had
sent me back an email saying "I've added this to our suggested feature list" --

but there no true integration (despite what they say) and the right hand didn't

the roadmap for the product is laid out in detail and they appear to be executing

"We moved to WorkETC in an attempt to consolidate several separate systems which
didn't talk to each other and hence made managing projects in an integrated fashion
quite difficult. While it was a bit pricey (hence I didn't consider it early on)
when I looked at the cost of our helpdesk, project management and CRM systems, it
was actually cheaper to move to WorkETC. The support from the team was great when
we got started - I made a bit of a mistake importing my contacts which resulted
in a lot of duplication, this was fixed with a phone call and screen share session
within 24 hours of asking for help. I've also had several 'how do I do this' posts
on the forums answered very quickly and dealt with in a professional manner.
system does everything we want it to, the one thing I am longing for is integration
with our accounts system (Clearbooks) which would mean there would be no duplication
of work at all .. other than that, it ticks all the boxes, and some we didn't even
know were there to be ticked! It did take a little bit of getting used to, but we're
now using it as part of our everyday working process. I love the mobile app - would
like it to do some snazzy things like add leads from a scanned business card, but
just the fact it has an app which works really well makes it head and shoulders

a single email. We do tech support for small biz and get questions, updates and
project info in our Gmail all day long. I can create or update todo lists, support
