    "I recently started using G-mail in a browser because of the versatility and power that is brought about by the WorkEtc Gmail gadget. It simplifies customer communication without compromising the logging and structural features of a CRM. So whenever I get an email from a client, if the support ID is missing, no problem. I just find and attach the message to the correct case/lead/project (it finds and associates the sender automatically) and then respond to the email right from Gmail. When I go to Worketc, I can see all the 'back & forth' communication nicely organized.

    Similarly, if I get an email for new business, I click on the new drop-down right in Gmail and choose to create a new lead. In both cases, I continue to use Gmail as if it was good old email, but with the added, and major advantage of the WorkEtc. Just what anyone who tried to work from an email inbox has been missing - a well integrated and powerful tool to log concurrent communication and facilitate calm productivity instead of living under stress and prioritizing the loudest crisis.

    Best of all, I do not have to keep asking my customers to only send support requests to the official "support" email address. I can quickly respond to messages right in Gmail - tool that most of us know and love now has full CRM, Project Management, Contact Management, Calendaring etc... (It does everything) features!"

    "I've used QuickBooks Customer Manager, Basecamp / Highrise, and even Salesforce. None of them worked for our business like Worketc. Here's why: 1) We operate using Google Apps: for calendars, docs, email. The integration with Google Apps is hands down the best of any service I've used. One click from looking at an email to creating a task or follow up. 2) It does what it does well and nothing more. It's not quite as simplistic as Basecamp, not quite as dense as Salesforce. It's occupying this (much needed) middle ground where people need substance but can't be overrun with features we'll never use. 3) The support. The support. The support. Questions, troubleshooting, anything. These guys are amazing.

    Case in point: Last week we noticed our scheduling system was reading the "project phases" that Worketc put in our calendar as all-day events. It was making us unavailable to our clients in the scheduling system. Emailed Worketc and they added a new customization for us in days. I've never had such close access to the development team. Start using this right now."

    "We have long wrestled with two separate CRM systems and project management system. In addition, we also run email and document management in Google Apps. We have researched the market for a solution that could deliver all-in-one. One of the main requirements was that the solution had to be 100% integrated with Google Apps. There are many good solutions out there, but they are mostly good individually. Or they are too extensive and expensive. We had almost given up trying to find something that suited our consulting business, when we came across WORKetc. A very good solution.

    Integration with Google Apps is probably the best I've ever seen. It works like a dream. Clearly the system has a few things we would like to change, but so has all the systems we've come across. The integration of invoices, project GANTT charts, client contacts, quotes, and heavy duty CRM tools means that we no longer have to work across multiple apps - and the built-in Worketc plugin in Gmail means we can do a lot of this work directly while emailing. I can use the gadget to create To-Do's and calendar events from my email. I can use WETC from within my gmail and I don't have to navigate to another window. It is very convenient and integrates well with my work flow; it's so convenient that I don't even think work flow. I just focus on growing my business and my client's needs.

    My days of dealing with a clumsy project and data management program are over. Gone are the days of trying to make one program work with another program; I no longer spend time trying to modify my workflow to fit into a project management program. My advice to all business owners: stop fighting with your programs. Switch to WETC and eliminate one headache from your business."

    "9 days of pretty thorough testing and trialing and just gone over to WORKEtc from Zoho CRM. As a leadership coach the issue was less about finding a CRM to manage leads and more about doing that then continuing to support clients once they are onboard. WORKEtc enables me to do that in ONE system! I was using Zoho CRM for the past 2 plus years, before that Solve360, before that Chaos Intellect and before that Goldmine. None of those provided the integration that WORKEtc does, at least for my client lifecycle.

    GMail gadget is excellent and all daily interactions with prospects and clients can easily be done from within GMail. And since it ties into Google APPS, no synchronize calendar issues, no separate contract to tie in email (ala Zoho). And it works on my android without a hitch and sooo easily. Great job guys. Highly recommend this to independent coaches and freelancers."

    "Having recently evaluated every CRM on the Google Marketplace, I can tell you that WorkETC is hands down the best tool out there for a company with fewer than say 100 employees. The functionality covers salesforce automation, customer support, projects, time tracking, customer invoicing. To top it off the customer portal enables you to communicate with customers/partners via a native portal application, publish invoices to them and have them make payments, and mutually track and work on projects.

    One of the biggest challenges to a small business is that you need sales and marketing tracking, customer suppport, accounting, and more to manage customers but don't want to manage 3-5 systems or to hire the people to deal with these silos. The WORKetc google apps integration has a very powerful contextual gadget for doing almost anything from right inside gmail. It already works with iPad, and the new mobile platform apps are coming out of alpha into beta right now.

    The only big thing they are missing right now is full accounting integration. Plans are in the works for Xero. Once this happens, this tool should be part of the defacto entrepreneur startup kit because it will support you at 1 or 50 employees easily. So you are reading this and thinking, "Why haven't I heard of these guys?" I did too. They were the last CRM I tried after Zoho, Salesforce, CapsuleCRM, Batchbook and many others. I never looked back."

I've truly gone from "wow, does it do this?" to "Wow, it does that as well" - our registrations come in via email. via the google apps integration, I can create both the new customer record and the first support ticket without leaving the actual email. it's powerful and saves a lot of time. - they answer their email : i've sent in a few things over the past week getting up and running and always got a quick response.

    Another vendor we had sent me back an email saying "I've added this to our suggested feature list" -- even though it was a BUG and I'm sure could have been easily fixed. - our sales team was using highrise and our support team was using zendesk - both great products. but there no true integration (despite what they say) and the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now it's all together under one roof. - the migration tool they provide to convert highrise works fantastic!

    I love the web forms to immediately create tickets in the system. - the road map: another great thing is the roadmap for the product is laid out in detail and they appear to be executing it. A bonus is when they don't meet a goal or its delayed, THEY TELL YOU. They don't hide. I'm happy so far and look forward to learning more in the coming year."

    "We moved to WorkETC in an attempt to consolidate several separate systems which didn't talk to each other and hence made managing projects in an integrated fashion quite difficult. While it was a bit pricey (hence I didn't consider it early on) when I looked at the cost of our helpdesk, project management and CRM systems, it was actually cheaper to move to WorkETC. The support from the team was great when we got started - I made a bit of a mistake importing my contacts which resulted in a lot of duplication, this was fixed with a phone call and screen share session within 24 hours of asking for help. I've also had several 'how do I do this' posts on the forums answered very quickly and dealt with in a professional manner.

    The system does everything we want it to, the one thing I am longing for is integration with our accounts system (Clearbooks) which would mean there would be no duplication of work at all .. other than that, it ticks all the boxes, and some we didn't even know were there to be ticked! It did take a little bit of getting used to, but we're now using it as part of our everyday working process. I love the mobile app - would like it to do some snazzy things like add leads from a scanned business card, but just the fact it has an app which works really well makes it head and shoulders above most other systems I've compared it with!"

Years, I have spent buying, trialing, evaluating, and analyzing various business software solutions in the market... never to find what I liked, or only to discover that I needed an additional tool (one that ultimately didn't integrate well with what I had). Wow... *sigh* what a relief. WORKetc has done a beautiful job integrating the tools I was already accustomed to using on a daily basis - like Google's Business Platform (Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, etc.), iCal, Evernote... and I hear Quickbook's on the way!

    As I read more about their roadmap on their blog, and the awesome things yet to come... well.. I can honestly say I'm less frustrated, and more focused on my work.     "WORKetc. delivers everything it promises as a complete lead to invoicing system. I use it to run a small consultancy service and use it to routinely tag incoming Gmail to my jobs, schedule tasks in Google calendar and link to Google Docs. The user interface is not as slick as some products but this is a case of form over substance.

    An Andriod App allows me to use it out of the office. WORKetc. has an active community of users who are invited to suggest enhancements and are given feedback on their suggestions. The product has a clear development roadmap that is shared with its users. Personal support is first class. Highly recommended."

    "In just a few weeks on WETC we are finding certain we made the right decision. One of my favorite features is the ability to do everything we need from within a single email. We do tech support for small biz and get questions, updates and project info in our Gmail all day long. I can create or update todo lists, support cases, projects and, most importantly, time sheets without ever leaving the email. It is all documented in one place and ready for invoicing.

    We used to use three systems for customer doc, timesheets and invoicing. Things were moved from one to the other sort of automatically but it was time consuming and something always got lost. Those problems are solved. We document more and seem to already be billing more, as a result of the conveniences. GDocs integration is sweet too! The whole doc list shows up to connect those items to WETC items. No going to GDocs and getting the link then adding the link to my tool. It is just there in the list for me to click and connect to my work.

    Support is also spot on. Doing tech support ourselves, we often hold off on accolades for support. It has been earned. We don't hesitate to send questions or ideas to them. They are very responsive and very timely. Maybe because they use WETC to support WETC. Keep up the good work guys! We want more cool features - that is what happens when you do things the right way, we just want more."
