Access WORKetc Inside of Google Apps™

As part of our recent launch on the Google Apps Marketplace™, users can now take advantage of in depth WORKetc functionality directly inside Gmail, via our CRM for gmail. From within your Gmail account you can now use emails to create new contacts, and attach emails to items such as sales leads, projects, and more.  Also, view recent activities that pertain to the client that just emailed you, and look up related WORKetc info all without leaving Gmail.

Make changes to existing WORKetc items being worked on and create new items right from your Gmail account. Attach any email to an item in WORKetc, I.E. a project, contact, sales lead, or support case. The WORKetc gadget will help you with any needed context as well, loading the 10 most recent activities that relate to the client that just emailed you, as well as all contact details.

Scenario: You receive an email from a client in need of an urgent update on a project you're working on, with additional micro-changes being requested. The WORKetc gadget will load up the project under recent activities, and you can attach the email to the project so that employees are made aware of the additional change requests.

As part of WORKetc's ruthless crusade to end all possibilities of double entry, emails can be used to create and update items right from within Gmail, with no additional writing necessary. Easily associate emails with one or multiple relevant items in our CRM for google apps. Attach an email to a contact, and then watch the WORKetc gadget load up recent WORKetc activities related to that contact. Click on items directly from the WORKetc gadget to jump in and start working on within WORKetc.

Google's free online word processor, spreadsheets, slide shows, data storage, and other services makes collaboration between organizations and outsiders alike easy and fun - and we say that without a hint of sarcasm. Now you can access your own Google Docs from within WORKetc and do things like attach Docs to WORKetc projects, sales leads, contacts, and more.

Scenario: You've created a spreadsheet within Google Docs that you share with a hired contractor and use to track his development updates. You can link this spreadsheet to the relevant project you're working on in WORKetc, and then access your spreadsheet from within WORKetc, which will automatically sync the latest updates.
