Back in January, GetApp’s GetRank quarterly rankings placed WORKetc at #2 in the Business Management category. We also got into the top 20 in three other categories: CRM, Sales Management, and Project Management.
With the release of the Q2 GetRank list, we’re proud to announce that WORKetc is staying strong at #2 in the Business Management category.
Now, why would we be proud of getting #2, you may ask? Because we’re up against a full-on business management software giant at #1: the global empire of NetSuite. Not bad for a small business management software CRM, made by a real small business for small businesses.
WORKetc is also the only app in the top five that managed to rank high in more than two separate categories. We’ve also managed to go up in the ratings in other categories; we’re now in the top 15 in the CRM, Sales Management, and Project Management categories.
GetApp uses five factors to create the rankings: user reviews, integrations, mobile, media presence, and security. Each factor is worth a maximum of 20 points, for a total potential score of 100 points.
The high level of positive feedback we’ve received from real WORKetc users—we’re averaging 4.7 out of five stars—remained a big factor in our placement on GetApp’s Q2 GetRank list. Solid scores in the mobile and security criteria across all four categories.
WORKetc’s near-perfect score of 19 in mobile was singled out by Suzie Blaszkiewicz, Category Leader project manager at GetApp, in particular, as “the highest mobile scores in the category”.
