WORKetc Named Top Contender in Software Advice 2017 CRM FrontRunners List

WORKetc cut through over 1,000 CRM apps to make the list, thanks to strong scores in the Capability and Value criteria.

The Gartner-owned software research and review site, Software Advice, has just recently released its 2017 FrontRunners quadrant for CRM, and WORKetc is proud to be included in the list.

The Software Advice CRM FrontRunners quadrant highlight the top CRM apps for small businesses in North America.

Qualifying as a FrontRunner marks an app as one of the top performing products in their market

To create the Quadrant, Software Advice scored products in two main areas: Capability and Value.

With high scores in both criteria—4.55 in Capability user rating and 4.66 in Value user rating—WORKetc cut through over 1,000 CRM apps to be highlighted as a top Contender.

The quadrant scores are largely based on reviews from real software users, so once again we’re giving kudos to all WORKetc users who continue to give us feedback on review sites, on our forums, and during our Insiders-exclusive beta tests.

Software Advice’s CRM Frontrunners quadrant isn’t the first top apps list WORKetc has broken into. WORKetc has also consistently placed in the top 10 in multiple categories in GetApp’s quarterly rankings.
