I’m pretty chuffed, relieved yet exhausted, to announce that we went live with WORK[etc] 2.5 last week. Chuffed because it represents a pretty major update to the usability of the application as a whole. Relieved because our current users are loving it and exhausted because it was a lot of work (but definitely worth it).
Here are some real life comments from WORK[etc] 2.0 users who were upgraded to version 2.5:
“WORK[etc] 2.5 looks great and I very much appricate the free upgrade.”
“The new system is GREAT! Thank you for ALL of these changes. It is like light-years of improvements.”
“We are loving the update. The interface is snappier and importantly for us we can simply create a project from a sales lead!”
WORK[etc] 2.5 is now available to all new customers and all existing customers have been upgraded.
All up we documented 193 changes, the most significant being subtle usability changes and a massive overhaul to sales automation, projects and billing.
We don’t plan on stopping at v2.5 either. Over the next few months we have a number of additional UI changes to roll out; these are really subtle changes that by themselves will hardly be noticed, but in combination result in a universally intuitive interface. A more detailed list of changes can be found here.
